Fees in case of cancellation

- 15% of JR-Pass amount + CHF 60.-- handling fee per JR Pass
 - In case of lost: no refund

- Please check all names again (names according to passport)
- The JR-Pass must be used within 3 months after order

Delivery terms

- Cash payment: Pick-up during our office opening hours
- Credit- or Postcard: max. 3 working days
- Bank wire: max. 7 working days
